The International Planned Parenthood Federation succinctly makes recommendations to the GFF regarding funding and civil society participation. This is broken into five sections: Transparency of the GFF on funding mobilized, including for SRHR; Clarity on how funding decisions are made and coordinated; Risk of diversion of donor resources; Funding model of the GFF (use of loans; private sector resources); and Civil society participation in the GFF.
