To foster early participation and engagement of Malawian Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in
the GFF process, PAI on behalf of the global Civil Society Coordinating Group on the GFF (CSCG),
supported an interim Malawi CSO GFF Platform leadership team to host a national GFF CSO workshop in Lilongwe-Malawi, July 23rd to 25th 2018. This meeting drew on the experience of GFF CSO Coalition building in Senegal, Cameroon and other countries. This report provides a synthesis of the main issues covered during the workshop and highlights key areas, priorities and next steps.
