This scorecard organizes the individual components of the GFF in a manner that makes it easy to hold GFF countries accountable for upholding standards. The sections include Country Platform, Civil Society Engagement, Design of Key Documents, and Implementation, and are further broken down into individual standards. The scoring system is then broken down into three measures- Green, signifying reaching the highest standard, Yellow, being moderately reaching the standards, and Red, signifying being sub-par to standards.
